We have a sinking manhole base and cover which keeps flipping up, its in the middle of Aston Drive road with the junction of Hilton Close on Bretby On The Hill estate in Newhall. This manhole has been repaired before but its now in a dangerous condition and really could completly callapse if any heavy vehicle runs over the top
